I am a professional dancer, dance teacher, choreographer, and sports massage therapist based in London. I trained at The Urdang Academy and The London Contemporary Dance School. I have been lucky enough in my career to have performed, taught and choreographed all over the world, including Dubai, China, Portugal and Australia, as well as in London and all over the UK, with many incredible performers, choreographers and companies. This has given me a very broad scope of the industry.
After many years of performing and teaching I wanted to take a bit more control of my career and so started my own projects, first entering ‘Resolution!’ at The Place and then going on to choreograph, direct and produce an original musical, ‘Finding Christmas’. I have started up dance classes for both children and adults, whereby I now run a Performing Arts School for 3-18 year olds, teach professional classes at Dance Attic and I founded The Gay Men’s Dance Company (GMDC), as well as teaching for various other schools and colleges around London. Most recently I have been choreographing ‘Pinocchio, the panto’ at Sutton Theatre.
The showreel above features some of my choreographic work, including clips from my professional classes, sections of ‘Finding Christmas’, a children’s TV show I was involved with in Australia, and a Disco number I choreographed while out in China. I have trained and worked in many different styles including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Street, Ballroom and Latin. I fuse all of the strongest aspects of these styles to create my work.
